We Want a Forever Home Right Meow

The kitties celebrated Christmas, too – with their wish for Santa being a forever home. I’m not a cat person because I have insane allergies to them, but I know if I wasn’t allergic I’d be a crazy cat lady.  Photographing cats in costumes is significantly more difficult than dogs though (despite the show Otis put on in Monday’s post), but it makes that close-to-perfect shot very rewarding!

These kitties are awaiting their forever homes at the Montgomery County Humane Society!

Happy Easter from the Otie Bunny

It wouldn’t be a true holiday if I didn’t dress my foster up in something absurd. Honey B’Otie lasted about three days before he experienced the joy of a photo shoot with adorable props. I have to say, he sure does work the camera… or maybe it is just the purple bunny ears & snazzy bow tie (thank you Sirius Republic!).

Otis is ready to hop into someone’s life for good! Having him for a few days, it’s become clear to me again that this is a very special dog – and not just because of his looks! I can’t wait to share all of his great qualities with you all. Someone is going to end up very lucky with this big guy.

Happy Easter!

I’m feeling pretty under the weather so I’m not up for the post I wanted to give you tonight (hint hint) but I have some pretty adorable pictures I’d like to share from Friday’s event, Howl-o-ween. You really can’t go wrong with eye ball cupcakes, spiked cider, and dogs in costume!

It was held at Sniffers Doggie Depot, this great daycare/boarding facility that is an incredible supporter of MCHS. The two girls that run it are fabulous, and look how well they decorated the room! It looked awesome.

Bobbing for Hotdogs!

I seriously love my coworkers. We make quite the team.

Just another reason why October is my favorite month of the year.
